Study on the Iron Ore Crushing Process

  The iron ore crushing process in Siziwang banner basically adopts high-efficient fine crusher,without blocking. The first crushing stage adopts jaw crusher. The iron ore around 200 mm is fed into smaller jaw crusher, to complete the coarse crushing.Then the material sizes after the first and second stages are around 30-80 mm.And after the fine crushing by high-efficient crusher, 95% of the finished product size is below 5mm,and 85% is below 3mm.It is laying a good foundation for the next dry separation and ball milling.
